MENU SOFTBALL CAMPS HOME REGISTER ONLINE REFUND POLICY CONTACT US NCAA COMPLIANCE PROSPECT QUESTIONNAIRE JUNIOR DAY SOFTBALL JUNIOR DAY SOFTBALL | Michigan Regional DESIGNED FOR HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL PLAYERS WHO ARE SERIOUS ABOUT PLAYING AT THE COLLEGE LEVEL WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19TH → HOSTED BY Adrian College | Adrian, Michigan Cost: $329 per Player for All Day Event - FEATURING ONLY FOUR TEAMS WILL BE FORMED - EACH TEAM IS LIMITED TO: 3 PITCHERS, 2 CATCHERS, 3 CORNER INFIELDERS, 3 MIDDLE INFIELDERS, 4 OUTFIELDERS, 1 UTILITY PLAYER ONLINE REGISTRATION IS IMMEDIATE ONCE ALL FOUR TEAMS ARE FULL REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE The Junior Day Softball Prospect Camp & Showcase will be held in Adrian, Michigan which also serves as the home field to the Adrian College softball team. The 64 total participants in the Junior Day Softball Prospect Camp & Showcase will represent some of the best players in the region. Players will be given the opportunity to work with our on-field staff of current college coaches to get valuable feedback on their skills though a written evaluation that will breakdown all of the valued metrics in today’s game. We will also be inviting other coaches to the event to observe the one-day event. Players will be broken down into four teams. Each team will consist of 3 pitchers, 2 catchers, 3 corner infielders, 3 middle infielders, 4 outfielders and 1 utility player. Pitchers will throw up to three innings of live game play while position players will rotate with all receiving an equal number of innings in the field to ensure a thorough game evaluation. WHAT WILL BE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE JUNIOR DAY SOFTBALL PROSPECT CAMP & SHOWCASE TEAM SHOWCASE: Each team & player will get a session on field with all of the coaches for evaluation in the their Home-to-First times, Hitting Exit Velocity, Batting Practice, and Infield/Outfield with recorded throwing velocities. INDIVIDUAL TEAM TALK: Each team will get to have a more intimate discussion with a college coach to ask questions and discuss what coaches look for in game play and showcasing environments. GAMES: Each team will play in a controlled scrimmage environment. All players will receive equal playing time to ensure a proper in-game evaluation. SEMINAR ON COLLEGE DEVELOPMENT & RECRUITING: Our staff of coaches will present a discussion with parents and players on development at the college level and the college recruiting process. This will be an open forum between parents, players and the coaches that are involved in these processes on a day to day basis.
